3-on-3 Lacrosse

3-on-3 lacrosse is an introduction to the sport of lacrosse for boys and girls aged 5-8 years old (born 2011-2014).  This is a 10-week program beginning in April and ending the final week of June. It is non-contact league played with 3 players on each side of the floor.  Many aspects of the rules are designed to create a safe, fun and involved experience for both new and returning players.  Players will develop many of the fundamental skills needed to play lacrosse.  

Required equipment: lacrosse stick, helmet, gloves and running shoes

House League

Our House League program is intended for new and returning boys and girls aged 9-13 years old (born 2005-2010)This is a 10-week program beginning in April and ending the final week of June. Our house league is played with traditional lacrosse rules, however, there is no body contact allowed.  Players will develop all the necessary individual and team skills to play lacrosse.  Our weekday schedule and June end date allows players/parents to keep their weekends and summer months free to participate in other activities or leisure.

Required equipment: lacrosse stick, helmet, gloves, shoulder and kidney pads, arm guards and running shoes

Rep Box Lacrosse

Rep Box Lacrosse is available for those aged 7-13 years old (Tyke to Bantam). Rep Box Lacrosse is a more competitive caliber of lacrosse, with full contact, requiring travel to other lacrosse centers in Southern Ontario.  The season begins in April with a player selection process and ends with the "Provincials" in early August. The playing schedule requires a greater time commitment with weekly games and practices as well as 3-4 weekend tournaments.  Although previous playing experience is generally required some players new to the game, especially at younger ages, can quickly develop the skills necessary to compete at the Rep level.

Rep Field Lacrosse 

Field Lacrosse will be available for those aged 7-13 years old (U9 to U15). Field Lacrosse is the outdoor version of the sport of lacrosse and is an 8-week season played in April and May.  It is played outdoors on grass or turf fields with larger nets and 10 players per side.  Field Lacrosse is a competitive program where players are selected to the team and compete against other lacrosse centers on Saturdays or Sundays.  Although the required individual skills are very similar to Box lacrosse, Field Lacrosse rules and player positions are different.
